Be Stronger Than The Plate

One of the hardest things in the weight loss journey is getting control of our portion sizes and food choices. Most of us have developed a taste for sugary/fatty foods, and restaurants and adds have made  our perception of a portion warped. If you have the discipline to workout every day and push yourself in the gym, you have the discipline to watch the portions and food choices. Be stronger than the plate - you can do it!
