Most people hate Monday's, but I love them. Every Monday morning I sit and evaluate myself, where I am and where I want to be. It's my time to set goals and redirect myself. If I had an off week with my workouts, or partied a bit too much over the weekend with the sugar, it's a great time to re-set. You can't beat yourself up for yesterday, because you will never get yesterday back, but you always have today and today is a great time to set yourself up for an awesome tomorrow.
