The mind is a powerful thing. We can convince ourselves that we are tired, things are too hard and that we can't continue. The mind will give out a lot easier, and much earlier, than your body will. Every once in a while you just have to go for it and push past that boundary that your mind has set for you, go till you don't think you could go another second, and then go for two. Anyone can accomplish something if it's easy, it's those that push past the easy that will be the successful ones. They are the ones that are building muscle, character and strength: in the gym, and in life.
