What's More Important?

Sometimes it feels like there just isn't time for exercise: just one more thing in the day seems impossible. Just remember this next time you are faced with the decision - exercising gives you more energy to get all the other things done in the day, and actually makes you more productive. So, instead of sitting on the couch watching your show, take it out and watch it while on the treadmill and you'll have more energy to get to everything else..... promise!
