This is a very hard time of year to get a workout in and be perfect with our diets. It's cold, dark and sometimes icy/snowy outside; our days are booked with parties and holiday events; and let's not even get started with the food............. it's everywhere, and it's NOT healthy. We sometimes get into the mentality that we can't get our workouts in, so it's going to have to be a day off. Instead, start thinking about just doing something, even just 10 minutes of something. Because, my mantra is: Something is ALWAYS better than nothing!
