Stop Giving Up

How many Sundays have you spent saying "after today I am going to buckle back down and get serious".  You spend the weekend indulging in eating out, drinking and eating treats thinking the come Monday you eat healthy again and start up your exercise routine. Monday comes and you feel sluggish, heavy and unmotivated. Believe me, been there done that on several weekends, and even entire weeks, before. Getting the train moving again is so much more difficult than just keeping it moving in the fist place. It is MUCH easier to just keep the routine up than to have to start over all of the time - starting over is exhausting. Keep moving and you'll feel better more often than not.
