Speed Doesn't Matter

I hear people say all of the time: "I'm not really a runner. I'm too slow." Well, I'm here to tell you that if you go out, put one foot in front of the other, and cover some distance, you ARE a runner. There are no requirements for how far you need to go, or how fast you need run. Consistency is the key, not speed and distance. So, lace on those shoes, enjoy the outdoors and for heaven sakes - tell the world you are a runner!
