Eat Right, Be Healthy

I know many people who live each day on a handful of pills: we have a pill to fix everything these days. The sad truth is that a huge percentage of our daily ailments are caused by lifestyle choices and can be prevented by simply making changes in the way we move and eat. You cannot eat like crap and sit all day, but then pop a handful of vitamins and think you are taking care of your body. We have all the tools we need to live long and healthy lives if we are just strong enough to make the right choices. Every bit of food that passes your lips is a choice - think about each of those choices throughout the day and make good ones.
