It's very easy to let the day get away with you. We all have important things that need to get done, and sometimes we get so wrapped up in all of those tasks that exercise gets bumped to the bottom...... Why is this? Why is it any less important than anything else on our list? If you are healthy you are stronger, more alert and perform better - so you will get all of those tasks done more efficiently. Schedule it in your day, make it an important priority, and everything else will run smoother.
