He was a guest speaker at the Longevity Now Conference in 2013 talking about the importance of exercise and how to get motivated, even if you hate exercise. I have a clip of that talk, it's less than 8 minutes, but very entertaining and informative. It doesn't matter if you are 110 pounds or 410 pounds, just do what you can do. "Stop focusing on what you can't do, and look at what you can do". You don't have to have fancy equipment, or belong to a gym to get started. Your own body weight and a small amount of space can take you a long way. Just find something you enjoy and do it.
