There isn't a single one of us that loves to work out every day - not one. I can guarantee you can take any of the top athletes, that are the best at their sport, and they will tell you a big chunk of the time training is a chore: there are 100 other things they would rather be doing, they are too tired, they are sore, or they just plain don't feel like it. However, it's the people that do it anyway, despite all of the excuses, that excel and reach their goals. I know you are tired, I know that it is hard, I know that there are a million other things that would be more fun to do - do it anyway! You will NEVER regret doing a workout, or how it makes you feel, but you will almost ALWAYS regret missing it.
